I would like to practice some rhytmical adornos. It is one thing to learn adornos alone with a bar and completely another to apply in the speed of the dance (and make it looked good at the same time). This is mine main struggle. I listen in the music so many beautiful moments that could be expressed but i do not feel like technically ready to try it out. And of course flexibility between torso and hips is for sure useful to focus on...as stated above.
